drank Chocolate Mint Oolong by Stash Tea
7 tasting notes

I was really excited about this tea when I ordered a weight loss taster set online. I’ve tried a few chocolate tea over the past year however, this was the first with mint. As soon as i opened the pack I could smell the sweet smell of mint chocolate which proved promising, the flavor of the tea was good; the oolong worked well, the mint was powerful but sweet and the chocolate although just a hint was really nice. With a little agave this satisfied my sweet tooth.

This has been a full time residant of my tea cupboard for a few months now and is in my favourite teas of all time. Im not usually a fan of anything to floral or perfumed but I love camomile tea and drink it year round at anytime of day. This is by far my favourite, the flavors of vanilla and honey translate really well and help to bring out the sweet mellow flavors of the camomile. This tea is simple delicious and I will be repurchasing time and time again.

The tea was delightfully average! And for a camomile below.
I don’t know if it’s the fact that when it comes to camomile unlike it pure with vanilla and honey but this just didn’t really do it for me. Lemon teas have always been problematic because the sour and citrus flavors never translate that well. I personally love sour tastes so I love teas like tazo passion and tazo wild sweet orange because they have citric acid. Although not horrible I found this tea a little bland and will not be repurchasing.

I discovered this tea while staying at a hotel, my go to black tea was always PG tips but this can be a little harsh tasting if brews too long and the level of tannin is sometimes off putting teamed with already hard water. This tea was so much more balanced and enjoyable as an afternoon tea that it’s now my go to ‘evetyday’ tea.

This tea brought back nostalgia from holidays in Asia. This highly floral and perfumed Green tea is perfect for accompanying or following a heavy meal as it tastes very cleansing and fresh. I agree with the previous posts that it is a very ‘Chinesse Restaurant’ tea because thats what I thought as soon as I tasted this. A true good quality Jasmine tea that is definitely worth trying.

drank Classic India Spice by Yogi Tea

One of my Favourite teas to enjoy with milk, steep time is long but the tea is worth the wait. Deliciously full bodied, deep, and rich. The spicy flavor works well as a afternoon pick me up while studying and the ginger helps with my summer allergies. A delicious staple tea to keep on hand.

drank Passion by Tazo

I tried the Starbucks Passion iced tea lemonade and fell in love while on holiday. I’ve always loved iced tea but this took it to a whole new level. As a hot tea it also works and has the perfect balance of tartness and sweetness that you don’t need sugar. I love this tea and it even has licorice root which is usually a no no for me but this tea is near perfect and a definite go to summer tea!!!
