10 Tasting Notes
First steep was very good. I have been looking for caffeine free tea alternatives for evening and night and this fits perfectly. The second steep is much more bland. This tea is perfect with a bit of honey.
Smells of ginger and pepper. The first sip is hot and has a nice warming sensation to the throat. I only got 10g to try but will be going back for more. This is a nice afternoon tea for me.
Got these bags for free. Nice and spicy Chai for bags, steeped in 3:1 water to milk. Will drink again when being lazy.
This is such a fruity, wonderful tea. It tastes like pineapple and peaches. It doesn’t need any additional sweetener. It’s great hot.
When I first got this tea I didn’t like it. I thought there was more of a dirt taste than anything else. After giving it another try a few months later, it has become my favorite after lunch tea. It has a nice earthy ginger taste. I enjoy it while working. I guess my palate is improving.
This really does taste like cookie dough. I don’t get the chocolate as much as other people were saying, but wow just like cookie dough. I put a little milk and a tad of sweetener in it to bring out even more cookie dough flavor but it doesn’t need it if you don’t want to add it. I love this tea so much I just went out and got a 100g tin of it.
I really wanted to like this one. Really, really. This tastes I guess more like a watered down Oh Canada. It really doesn’t have a stand out flavor. It’s not horrible, just not anything special
