I made this before I left for school using my new Breville Variable Temp kettle. I decided to try it at 175 and then added my milk it was pretty yummy. I think now that I have this new kettle I will try one of my matchas straight again to see the difference :D

you may just tip me over into buying one of these sooner rather than later. I was originally going to get the tea maker but i think the tea kettle is all that i really need.
I like it so far. I’m using the green tea setting for the matcha :D Although for Good Morning Sunshine I believe the temp is labeled oolong… I bought mine on the Stash Tea website for $129 and then had to pay Shipping and Handling… grrr.. a big company like that should offer free shipping and handling over $50. I do love the kettle though :D
