2 Tasting Notes
I came across this tea as I needed to spend $50 for free shipping so I did some research and found that Blue People Oolong is a great tea for energy. I bought this, in addition to the Six Flower, and it is amazing. My favorite oolong. It has a very smooth and light flavor and regardless of how long I brew it, sometimes I forget and walk away, it doesn’t get too strong like other oolongs or greens. I typically drink the Blue People in the morning to start my day and to give me that boost of energy. I love it and highly recommend it.
Preparation
I have to share one of my most favorite teas. I share this with all my friends, especially since it isn’t really common. I came across the six flower tea at a small Chinese shop while visiting with my family and feel in love with the colors and smells. It tastes wonderful, sweet and light with all the tender flowers, and I usually can brew up to 6 cups without having to add more tea. Must try if you enjoy the flowers and green tea.
