This is a tasty blend of jackfruit, apricot and mango flavors. It is slightly astringent as many of Simpson and Vail teas are. I brewed this in a large iced tea pot and put it in a thermos to bring to work. There is just a small amount of bitterness as well. It is very good, although not the very best. It definitely ranks as a very good tea.

I brewed this once in an 64oz iced tea pot for 4 min with 8 tsp leaf and boiling water.

Also, it seems we need to add jackfruit to the list of authorized flavors as the computer won’t allow you to add one not on the list.

Flavors: Apricot, Mango

Preparation
Boiling 4 min, 0 sec 8 tsp 64 OZ / 1892 ML

I am Allan. I live and work in Long Island, New York. I have been amassing a tea collection for nearly two years and have spent way too much money. I now try to buy mostly Puerh as I like it most and it lasts nearly forever. Black tea has a habit of going bad. If anyone is interested in tea swaps I am open to ideas and have quite a cupboard.
