I am far from a matcha expert, but this tastes pretty good to me. It was on sale at Yunomi for $29 for 30g. I used approx 2g for about 4 ounces of water at 175 degrees. It tastes fairly sweet as matcha goes. It’s not bitter. I don’t know what umami tastes like to know if that is there, but they talk about that in matcha. I just know I like this one and the price was reasonable as ceremonial grade matcha goes.

I whisked approximately 2g of this with about 4 oz of 175 degree water in a chawan. 2g was the Yunomi recommendation.
