Best brewed in a tea ball. The chai was so fine that it clogged the glass infuser in my tea pot.
Surprisingly light and sweet.
Very strong tea. I’d only steep for 3 minutes or so. There’s a very musty smell to it. Reminds me of old books. Kind of smokey too. Interesting.
