I’m so glad to have this tea in my cupboard again! I love this tea because it is impossible for me to mess up, it could steep all day and get cold and it still tastes wonderful!
60 Tasting Notes
I am impatiently waiting to take a sip of this, it smells A-MA-ZING! It smelled pretty good when I opened the package, I could smell both strawberry and chocolate, but not in a fake-y way. After a 3 min steep I can honestly say this is one of the best smelling teas I have tried yet, and I am dying to taste it……….first sip was kind of a letdown, way weaker than I expected. Second sip, I am starting to taste more of the strawberry and I do like the flavor but the aftertaste is pretty bitter. I’m going to try adding Very Vanilla Silk next cup and see what that does.
Update: Sadly I have noticed a pattern of headaches after drinking this tea, either straight or mixed in with other teas. No more Valentines for me….
This chocolate tea smells really good when you open the bag, but I agree with my fellow Steepster, it is not a replacement for hot chocolate to be sure. I like it with Silk Very Vanilla soymilk, it enhances the chocolate flavor and sweetens without being syrupy. I would repurchase this if I don’t find a better chocolate tea first. Oh, and I wouldnt recommend smelling the steeped leaves, they smell like vomit. Seriously.
I’m desperately trying to taste this tea, but my allergies are getting in the way! Every once in a while I get a little hint of flavor and aroma and it seems like a yummy tea but I won’t be able to properly rate this until I can breathe!
This tea is not my favorite. The flavor needs tweaking and I haven’t really felt a difference in my stress level, even after using 2 bags at once. I think I will continue to drink Tazo Rest all day for stress relief until I find another Kava tea to try.
I love the way this tea smells, I just wish the coconut flavor would come through a lot more. It tastes yummy enough to finish the tin fairly quickly but I’m not sure I’d get this again.
I just picked this up at Target yesterday. I had two cups before bed last night and it did seem to help me fall asleep faster. It didn’t make me super drowsy or anything so I’ve decided to try a cup this afternoon just to relax. I really like the flavor as-is. Lemon is what stands out the most for me, but I can still taste and smell the rosesMy guess would be that if you don’t like Earl Grey you will not like this tea, as the flavors are pretty similar IMO.

FRUIT LOOOOOOOPS!!!!!!!!! That is exactly what this tea smells and tastes like (IMO). I found an Earl Grey that I like! Thanks LiberTeas!
A pretty smelling GREEN tea that I have to say might actually be crave-able! And that’s saying quite a bit coming from someone who automatically looks for faults in every green tea she tries!
Very tasty, I love how the flavors are just barely there!
I too received this as a sample and I thought it was ok, but that’s really all I can say which means I won’t be purchasing it but wouldn’t turn down a cup if offered.
Thank you LiberTEAS for sharing some of this, it is good but I wish it didn’t have such a raisin-y aftertaste :) Maybe if I decrease the steeping time or something I can change that…

Thanks to LiberTEAS for a sample of this!
Dry leaf smell: cocoa and citrus
Wet leaf smell: chocolate-covered wetnap, but that’s ok!
This is a wonderful tea, and I have to say that I could probably grow to really like Earl grey teas by easing my way into it with tasty blends like this! The chocolate flavor is definitely there, but doesn’t smack you in the face (still looking for that chocolate tea btw, if anyone knows of one!)
So sad I am drinking the last of this sample, will definitely order more but not until I finish the many samples I have right now! I am impressed with this tea, it’s pretty impossible to mess up. I put about 2 tsp. in my Libre infuser mug and left the leaves in there through 3 servings, 8 oz each time, and it still tastes really yummy! I may just keep adding hot water and see how long I can keep this going…
My Libre infuser mug has arrived! I literally let out a “yay!” when my boyfriend brought the mail in and I saw the box. I only had bagged tea whilst waiting for the cup to get here because the teaball I had was rusting (ew). LiberTeas has given me so many yummy teas to try that it was hard deciding which tea to use first with my awesome new mug. I chose this because I just had pot roast for dinner and I wanted a nice fruity tea. This is good! AND it’s a green tea! I bet this would be awesome iced, even without sugar.
I have been drinking this and my other bagged teas for now because the teaball I have crapped out on me so I am waiting for my Libre infuser cup to arrive. I hope it shows up tomorrow because I can’t wait to try more tea samples!
Thanks LiberTeas for sending me this! I think this one is in almost even with the Tazo, almost. Maybe if I brew it up just a little bit stronger…man I’m beginning to sound like a broken record with these chai teas…
So. Good. Must. Have. More!
