Wow! I’m not a lover of fruit and chocolate (unless it is fruit dipped in chocolate) so I was VERY surprised that I liked this one. I think I might have to pick up an actual chocolate orange to see if my feelings for them have also changed. I think I will have to rotate my Pu’erh tin between coffee and chocolate orange now.
I found it quite tart, thankfully I only purchased a small sample of each spring tea but it’s drinkable and not bad for a Friday afternoon tea. I imagine it would be good if sweetened a bit (I know others found it sweet, but I like SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEET). It got me thinking about the nice warm weekend we’ll be having in Ottawa anyway :)
I clearly do not like walnuts in my tea (lesson learned)
I brewed it better this time (following directions) but it still tastes like perfume in my mouth. I think it’s a ‘me’ thing though.

Everyone raves about this and I thought I’d love it but I found it kind of ‘meh’. Maybe user error. It was ok, but not a fav

Yum! I loved hot lips, but I think I liked this one even better. It packs a little less punch, but makes up for it in sweetness.
