When I first smelled this I instantly knew I would like it because it smells just like the base my mother uses for her traditional chai. This is delish straight or with milk & sugar. I think this would taste great with some cardamom & clove added in.

I went a little insane today and added iced coffee to this instead of milk and it WORKED! woooo.
Wow, I haven’t drank this in more than a month! I think i’m getting more into spring teas so this hasn’t been reached for often but I still love it.
I’ve been drinking this for the past 3 days and have just been lazy logging. Its great, but a tad tricky to brew because the leaves are so light and I can’t accurately measure how many to put in. I really need to get a scale for these light fluffy teas! This has made its way into my morning rotation and its there to stay. :D
I don’t know how I feel about this. I only steeped this for 2 minutes and 45 seconds this time because it was too strong for me at the full 4 minutes last time but it was still very strong. I think i’m just a lemon wimp. i’ve also discovered that fruit teas dont sit well with me hot, they just taste ‘thick’ and overwhelming. I put my resteeped cup in the fridge so i’ll report back to see if this will taste good cold.
I was in the mood to drink this today. I like this because it doesn’t have a strong buttery note that some greens have & it tastes good non sweetened. Its only a sometimes tea for me though since im not really a green drinker.
First off, the leaves in this are amazing! They got HUGE when steeping. I usually don’t watch my teas steep but I just had to with this one. It also tasted great. It had a certain sweetness without adding anything in it. LOVE.
EDIT: 4th steep now and its loosing its flavour now. Thats pretty good for me though since I usually only re-steep once!
This was good. the lemon is the most pronounced flavour, I could also taste the ginger & lemongrass(?). It was a bit sour for my tastes on its own but tasted great sweetened.
Edit: I think I over-steeped the second time, I did 5 minutes instead of 4 and it was sooo sour! Note to self- don’t oversteep this.

Bleh. My younger brother lives off off iced tea so we always have 5-10 cans of Arizona iced tea around the house. Waaaaaay too sweet for my tastes. This doesnt even taste like iced tea, its straight up fruit punch.

In a moment of tired stupidity I used my strictly big green tea leaves infuser with this today. Not good. Leaves/chocolate pieces? all in my cup. :( Still tasted good though. I’ve only drank It 4 times and I probably only have enough for 1 more infusion with a 30g sampler. I must start measuring out my tea leaves more carefully.. I usually just dump 1 perfect teaspoon into my infuser and hope for the best. Eeep!
Yum. I love Irish Breakfast with some milk and sugar. I only have 2 bags of this left so i’m going to replace it with a loose leaf version. :D

Just finished my bag of this. I really like this tea, but I think I’m going to try a few more different blends of chocolate teas before rebuying. I added milk and sugar to this and it tasted just like hot chocolate! Exactly what I was looking for tonight.
I was in the mood for a tea latte today so I made a “Lady london fog”. I added some french vanilla syrup and steamed milk. NOM. I think I added a wee bit too much of milk because the taste of the tea isnt super present. I’ll try again next time!

I was extremely lazy this morning and turned to my tea bags for my tea fix. This is good but I definitely still prefer irish breakfast blends to english breakfast blends. It reminded me alot of my moms traditional chai though, probably because I put milk in sugar in it. I like this and will finish the box but I think after that i’ll probably stick to irish blends.
Right after I put my half-drank mug down to write a review on this my cell phone fell and hit the tea cup and spilled it everywhere ;_;
This is still my most reached for tea at night, i’m realizing im a huge fan of spicy teas and not so much fruity or dessert teas. This one is perfect every way i’ve tried it and i’ve already re-bought it 3x so that can tell you how much I like it because I usually try new teas instead of rebuying. I’m bumping up my rating again.

I really enjoy this tea! It smells amazing, just like chocolate. When I taste it I get chocolate & smokey flavours first. I get raspberry in some sips and not others. I can’t really taste the almonds at all. Overall, this has a really nice flavour and i’ll enjoy it while i have it, though im not sure if I would repurchase.
Second steep: I added milk and it made it super creamy and yum!
Not a huge fan of this one. :( I got talked into this one at Davids when I asked about green tea. Has a really weird popcorn taste. I know genmaicha is supposed to taste like rice or popcorn but this just tastes really off to me. Not burnt.. or stale. The best way I could describe it is that it tastes like the un-popped kernels at the bottom of a bag of popcorn. The taste isnt even what turned me off though, the smell hot makes me gag. I will probably mix it with something else to get rid of it. Glad I only bought 30g.
Tested this at the store today. I have to say it really does taste like cookie dough! However, im not a fan of white tea so I doubt im ever going to buy this. One of the best testers ive tried from davids though!
