Normally I find Earl Grey to be too intense a flavor in my tea, especially first thing in the morning, but this is a very nice, mellow Earl Grey that adds to the tea instead of overwhelming it. I made a big mug of it this morning and scraped in the last of my big jar of local honey, which amounted to nearly half a spoonful. Mmm, that makes Monday morning a little better.
