I have a feeling that a vegetable platter I took some things from was thoroughly contaminated with all sorts of rhinoviruses, and so I’ve been having some pretty lame cold symptoms today. This tea + touch of milk + 1 hour nap = so nice. Even finishing the tea after the 1 hour nap with the tea bag in there the whole time was good. It’s not full-on in-your-face peppermint, but it’s still super therapeutic. I love spearmint so much.
