Being a fan of Macaroons and French Macarons it really made me curious to see how this tea would compare. The combination of pecans, cacao and coconut really worked well in the black tea. It was rich yet had a lightness to it like the cookies that the tea is named for. It was a great addition to the Easter sample collection and whet the appetite for the official launch on the Thursday.

It also provided a nice reminder of an old favorite “Toasted Walnut”. So if you like that blend you’ll be happy to try this one. For iced tea fans, I think you’d be able to drink this cold but this really is one meant for the more hotter side of the spectrum. Cheers!

“The rich nuances and flavor notes, who could resist the healing powers of tea?” That is just one of the thoughts of this musical dancing tea lover. When not wrapped in some literary or artistic pursuit you’ll find her enjoying a cup while taking in the beauty of nature.
