129 Tasting Notes
This is a laid back Earl Grey, but one I enjoy more with each passing experience
I recently pawned off about 5 teabags of this to a local friend (she gets basically everything I have that I don’t want). Didn’t enjoy it, personally, but glad you did :)
The Bentley’s stuff I’ve tried has all been ok.
Roswell, your comment is so funny, I have an auntie we all pawn stuff on when it is just not our cuppa…lol…
Gmathis, I have purchased a couple of the Bentley teas, and for some odd reason,
I like them more with each successive cup…not bad because, afterall, it could be the opposite…lol… ;-)
I smell no cotton candy, apricot or bananas…
I feel rather confused with this one.
This is a very mild brew and I drank two entire pots
back to back, and still am unsure of flavors.
This is my first oolong…
I will have to have another pot or two on another day…hopefully,
I will have a better analysis…suffice it to say…It IS VERY GOOD :-)
I tried this as a sample from BrewTEAllySweet.
Dry~ it smells like a fruity Heaven.
Brewed, I get more of the apple and mint.
I didn’t quite get 2 tsp as a sample and steeped it 7 min in 1 small cup.
All I can REALLY say is…I need to order more to give it a fair evaluation.
Right now I am drinking a pot of this mixed with
1 teabag Perfect Peach & 1 teabag True Blueberry
(Celestial Seasonings)
1 packet Pyure stevia
1 tsp Chai Spice
Nice and light mixed tea, but very relaxing
Never thought to do blueberry-peach. Hmmm!

Hmmm….I thought I might add…
I think it is the hibiscus in the Country Peach which accentuates the Blueberry,
BUT, it may be that each person who tries this may prefer 2 teabags instead
of one if they have a bigger teapot, etc…
Each person would perhaps want to try it “their way” :-)
Today is one of those days I am hurting so badly, I am unable to brew some tea.
Thank God for tea bags! It is just that kind of day.
This tea is starting to give a smile to my morning :-)
I have a terrible sinus infection which is giving my chronic pain a run for the money.
Back to this tea, I have previously done a legit tasting note on this tea,
But I just had to say, I REALLY like this tea…
I think I like it more each time I drink it.
Memories…
This tea reminds me of when myself and my late husband were married in Jamaica…
with the traditional wedding breakfast.
This is a sweet morning pick me up.

I checked my blood sugar and it was 276….WAY HIGH!
When I got my sugar back into normal parameters the pain lessened quite a bit.
The sinus infection made my sugar level high which increased the pain.
