This smells very similar to Butiki’s Peppermint Patty. Though, the black tea base gives it a darker colour. I don’t smell any coconut, but there were huge flakes in the dry tea, so it’s in there somewhere.
At first sip, the coconut is subtle under the mint. But subsequent sips are not sitting as well. It’s leaving a bit of a drying feel in my mouth. The tea base seems to be coming through more and taking over, though the flavours are still barely there.
This could be all me. It’s getting late, and I’m tired. I’m also frustrated because the school database says “SSL connection error” and hasn’t allowed me in for the last 2 hours. I have to read 6-7 more scientific journal articles before tomorrow afternoon, and not being able to access the database does not bode well for that.
