738 Tasting Notes
This is sadly my last teabag of this tea. But on the upside I’ll be home in two short weeks and the two hour drive may be worth it to pick up more of this. I shall decide then. Or maybe as I sip away at this, while still working on this paper.

This is a lovely oolong. It’s not overly strong, but very smooth and slightly vegetal. I’m not an expert by any means on oolongs, so I’m none to sure of what else to say about this one. I do prefer my Butiki Gui Fei, but this one is still quite enjoyable. I plan on resteeping this multiple times this afternoon.

This one is almost identical to David’s Coconut Oolong. Yum. I’d really have to have them side-by-side to decipher any difference. For now I’ll just enjoy this lovely cup of tea as I read article after article and write yet another paper.
On my second steep. I love oolongs for inspiration.

I’m quite enjoying this tea. The cocoa is lovely and the chicory/licorice root (I’m guessing) adds a subtle almost-spiciness I wasn’t expecting. It more smells of cocoa than tastes of it. The backdrop is all peppermint. The ingredients work well together. The tea has a strong flavour, yet not one single ingredient overwhelms the rest.
This is one I’d consider having around to bring to work/school since it’s teabags and easier.
The resteep this morning is still quite flavourful. Yum.
Holy delicious! Wow. It must be the sugar and caramel. This could satisfy a sweet craving in one sip.
I followed the directions for 1 tbsp. of matcha, 1 cups of milk, and a few ice cubes blended. Amazing! I may have to order this. And the Coconut MATHCAccino, since I adore coconut.
I knew there was a reason I wanted to try this tea. It is so delicious. All the black teas I’ve had today have been near perfection. What an excellent tea day!
This has a lovely black base with a mixture of flavours that complement each other nicely. Like a cinnamon bun without the overwhelming sweetness – pretty much exactly like brioche. Yum!
I may have to look into ordering from American Tea Room.

I thought I’d perhaps had this before, but it appears I have not. This is similar to Della Terra’s other black teas with peppermint and vanilla and/or chocolate. In a word, amazing. I’m not a fan of Della Terra’s black teas without mint, but the ones with mint I just can’t get enough of.
It appears my black tea aversion has been cured, as, over the last couple days all I’ve been wanting is a tasty black tea. This has been a great morning in terms of that pursuit.
The resteep of this was also successful.
