3 Tasting Notes

Sour Apple from Adagio Teas
92

Mmmmm!! Adagio’s Sour Apple is one of my all-time favorite teas to make iced (I don’t even want to try it hot). This tastes exactly like a liquified sour apple. On a hot summer day, it’s the most refreshing iced tea you can have. Not too strong, not too weak, not too sour- it’s perfect. And oh so tasty!

Earl Grey Lavender from Rishi Tea
93

YES. I love me some earl grey, and I definitely love me some lavender. So I was certain I’d fall head-over-heels in love with this tea the minute I read the label. It’s nice and strong without being bitter. It smells absolutely heavenly.

Moroccan Mint from Teavana
28

I was so excited to try this after having a couple other peppermint and spearmint herbal/green teas. Sadly, this one pales in comparison. The gunpowder green taste is definitely more prominent than the mint, which is hardly even noticeable (despite the promising minty scent). It’s way too light and bland. I couldn’t even get it to taste stronger when I used more leaves. If you like a nice strong minty tea, this DEFINITELY isn’t it.
