Okay, I finally got the recipe up!
So this is the recipe I tried for my first attempt at Zombie Gingerbread Men – of course ALL credit goes to aisling of tea for this incredible idea! You rock my world, gal pal ;)

The ginger flavour was very prominent, and I did sprinkle them with some Madagascar vanilla matcha, which I think remains my favourite matcha to bake with.
I love the accidental creepy face- very fitting for ingredients that were about to become zombie gingerbread men
