5 Tasting Notes

Green Pekoe from Adagio Teas
54

A very light tea, to which I found the fullest flavor when over steeped. It has a slight aroma of cinnamon with a similar aftertaste, hinting at what it could be. Overall, not a fulfilling drink, but drinkable nevertheless

Keemun Rhapsody from Adagio Teas
84

A deep chocolate aroma with a hint of fruitiness, quite earthy.

Yunnan Jig from Adagio Teas
84

A dark chocolate or cocoa smell, the tea has a pleasant earthy flavor to it, reminiscent of walking through a deciduous forest after a fresh rain.

Pumpkin Spice from Adagio Teas
81

A pleasantly spiced tea. The pumpkin is very difficult to discern and thus should not be called pumpkin spice; however, it certainly brings back memories of fall and I find it to be quite appropriate for said season.

Fujian Baroque from Adagio Teas
73

The flavor was not quite there, I suspect that I did not add enough leaves
