I’m starting the day with some Gunpowder to kick start my senses in order to keep alert. (I’ve got a Black Friday retail shift this afternoon) Brewed in my Finum Hot Glass System, i couldn’t have picked a better way to start my morning.
108 Tasting Notes
Sitting next the gas fireplace at my parent’s house with a cup of Lapsang Souchong gave my nose the illusion i was sitting by a wood fireplace. Needless to say it was the perfect tea to drink by the fire after work tonight.
Fruit teas tend to be a little to sweet for me. But not Paris. Tried this one for the first time this morning and my taste buds did a little dance. I am always impressed how light and peaceful Harney & Son’s flavored teas are.
Went to Harney Soho this morning and tried this tea. It is truly the scotch of teas. Fantastic smokey flavor that doesn’t leave you feeling like you just drank smoked wood. I loved it so much i bought some! This will certainly become a new constant in my tea cabinet.
Late at night, a piping hot glass of Vanilla Comoro just feels right.
This was the first tea I have ever had that wasn’t Lipton or Celestial Seasonings. My taste buds immediately thanked me.
I love the mild flavoring, and overall aroma of this tea. This has become a constant in my tea cupboard, and will stay that way for the foreseeable future.
Hello smokey flavor! I have been on a quest for a good green tea. And I found it in this one. the smokey aroma and flavors add a new dimension to green tea that I haven’t ever found before.
This tea is too sweet for my taste buds, and I am usually a huge fan of flavored black teas. If I have to drink this, I prefer it as iced tea.
When i first bought this tea I was very put off by the smell. It was far to spicy for me. But when I brewed it, I was pleasantly surprised that the taste did not match the aroma. This tea is like drinking Christmas. The flavors combine to create the warm feeling of the holidays. It is not the holiday season for me without this.
I love earl grey. I joke with my friend that it is my lifeblood. This particular Earl Grey is wonderful. I really enjoy the lighter flavoring. it makes for a new twist on an old favorite. This tea is perfect for sitting beside the fire, all snuggled up during the winter. It’s very aptly named.
I was so surprised how sweet the flavor of this tea is. This was my first Assam tea, and I believe I am spoiled. I have learned that great tea isn’t cheap, but this one is worth every penny.
This is one of my favorite teas. I really enjoy how the flavors interact with each other. Neither the vanilla or the grapefruit is too strong so it leaves you with a nice mellow blend. it’s one of my favorite teas to drink at night as it gets me in the mood for sleepy time.
