Used 2 bags tea to 12 oz water. Steeped 4 minutes @185. The liqour is a murky cloudy amber green liquid. The ginger is sharp and strong from start to finish. The peach is a light aftertaste, the green a strong base to the mix. But WOW is that ginger sharp on the tongue, catches the back of the throat and tickles it. I can’t say I’ll ever crave this tea, but I’ll probably finish the box. Maybe blend it with some more green tea to mellow it out.

This sounds so good! A green based ginger peach tea is quite hard to find.

Yeah, it was the matcha that caught my eye. They have it in ginger peach, and in raspberry green. I think I like this better than the ginger peach black. The matcha makes it thick and decent for $2.50/box.

Live in the cornfields of IL, but not too far from the city. Expecting a baby any day now (due Oct 24 2011). Sticking to mainly herbal and low caffeine teas for now. Trying to encourage my husbands tea drinking, but he adds so much sweetner he may as well just drink diet pop. I love trying new teas, and will try any tea once.
