A nice sampler sachet that was included in my ML order over the holidays. This brewed up a bit darker than the oolongs I’ve enjoyed of late. Has a slightly roasted taste and a fresh floral scent and taste. Enjoyable, probably not something I would purchase more of.

Tried this with remand sugar and wow was this fantastic. I love how the fruit flavors came out with the additions. Yum. This finished up the sample from secret Santa Adham. I am going to miss this one.

Much needed cuppa. Not long notes being typed as we just adopted a kitten and she is in an exploring phase. Having a laptop is nice, but she keeps trying to jump on the keyboard! Such a darling little thing!

Having this iced to see if it brought out any more of the berry flavor. Meh, seems a bit tart and hibiscusy but not much as far as individual berries or anything. Maybe I over steeped as the tea has some funk flavor to it that doesn’t sit well. Ah well, hubby enjoyed it at least :)

Received some of this loose leaf from FrenchVanilla. This is bright and citrusy. I can really taste the tart lemon. I was scared upon sniffing the leaves as it smelled very vegetal, more along the lines of green teas I don’t care for, but it really surprised me. Lightly floral and really citrusy. This paired well with my orange chicken and rice Smartones.

The scent when brewing is heavenly. It reminds me of scrumptious desserts, chocolate and coconut macaroons, toasted coconut cream with chocolate drizzle. Wow, does this smell amazing!

This tea is a little boring neat, so I added a tiny bit of honey to it, brings out more of the toasted coconut taste. I can see enjoying this occasionally. The smell is spectacular and the taste is enjoyable, once honey is added.

I love Earl Grey teas, so when I saw this available for swap on the swaps thread, I had to pounce on it. oOTeaOo and I worked out a swap, and a new earl is mine. I am actually quite surprised that I haven’t tried Adagio’s Earl before, as I have ordered samples of several of their teas.

I don’t know if I brewed this wrong, shouldn’t have added cream (but I drink all my earls with a splash of cream), should have steeped longer, not sure, it just doesn’t have much flavor. It doesn’t have much scent compared to the two earl’s I’ve been feinding over the last month (RoT’s Earl Greyer and Lupicia’s Earl Grey). There is some off-putting scent coming from the steeped leaves that I can’t place, and don’t care to play around with right now. Maybe I will give this tea another chance another day without any additives, but for now, this is going down the drain.

Ahhhh…now this is a delightful cup. It’s so smooth and almost a little sweet. I enjoyed a large mug of this while eating my blueberry bagel this morning. They really seemed to go well together. The sweetness of the bagel brought out almost a maple/molasses flavor in the tea. I can taste a very faint smokiness that others have mentioned, but only if I concentrate really hard. I prefer not to concentrate this early in the morning so I am just enjoying a fine cup. Much thanks to oOTeaOo for this sample!

Enjoying this while watching Mad Men season 1. Also pondering when the last time I heard the Cardigans was. A clip of one of their songs was played at the end of the second episode.

I love how awake this tea makes me feel without the crash I get from coffee. Other black teas make me awake, but the bergamot in this is refreshing and fragrant and perfect. Tea Love!

Enjoying this second sample of tea from AmazonV. This is lighter in taste than other fruit blends Teavana has. I like it this way though, white tea is so soft as it is, it would lose all appearance in a tea flavored much more than this. This is a beautiful tea to drink, light pink/peach in color. I will have to try it iced, see if it brings out more berry flavor. Sweetened as well.
