I usually drink this straight, no milk or sweetener, because the fruit and the stevia leaves make it plenty sweet on its own. This is a white tea blended with green tea, which I’m sure is what gives the smooth, almost creamy mouthfeel. There is ginger and cinnamon in the ingredients list, but they are not overpowering, instead they give a lovely flavor depth and pleasing aftertaste. The strawberry flavoring is barely perceptible, but is clearly present in the aroma of the brewed tea. Overall, a very comforting, pressing cuppa.

I’ve begun to really enjoy this tea as a staple tea to have with my breakfast. The spice is pleasant, and the flavor has enough body that it stands up well to a hefty eggs and bacon breakfast.

I have finally acquired this beautiful machine about a week ago. I have yet to gave a bad cup of tea from it. Now, this may be because I already know my teas and exactly how I like them. But it is absolutely wonderful to wake up to the perfect cup of tea every morning. And because it is so easy to use and clean and the pot is glass, I’m actually able to enjoy more tea than previously with my DAVIDsTea Steeper.

Pros:
- Perfect cup of tea every time since it always has the exact right water temperature and never over-steeps or under-steeps.
- Auto-start timer so that tea can be ready for drinking at whatever time your little heart desires.
- Keep warm feature keeps your tea at temp for an hour.
- “Lower Basket” feature to steep again for any amount of time, i.e. no timer, after the steeping process is finished (see the cons section for more on this)
- Allows you to customize the water temp (in 5 degree inctements) and steep time (in 30 second increments). This is wonderful for me because I prefer to steep my black teas in 205 degree water rather than 212.

Cons:
- Keep warm feature has no beep to signal that your hour is up. The display turns off and the tea starts cooling. So you do have to pay attention to this.
- The auto-start feature can’t save the current time, so it has to be set every single time. Now, this really only takes about 45 seconds, but it’s kinda frustrating that such a magical machine can’t keep the current time in memory.
- The lower basket feature doesn’t have a timer, so it is extremely easy to over-steep the tea here. I’ve only used it once, and I don’t see it being a commonly used feature for me.

All in all, definitely worth the money!

I usually steep this in half water half milk for a latte-type drink. But, since I just bought my Breville Tea Maker, I wanted to play with it. So I drank this straight for probably the first time. It was so much better! There was no over-bearing chai or pumpkin taste, just a very pleasant light pumpkin flavor in among a muted spicy flavor. I believe I will drink this tea straight from now on.

This was one of the first teas I tried with my Mama when I was first getting into tea years ago. It is a smooth black tea with a light berry flavor. Definitely one of my “comforting” teas I reach for when I want to feel warm.

I really enjoy this tea as a comforting drink when things at work are falling apart. I let this steep until the tea is at that perfect drinkable temperature. It’s almost a syrup-like consistency when I let it step that long, but I think that really brings out the peppermint and the smooth chocolate taste. The peppermint and chocolate flavors are both muted, but they blend together wonderfully.

I bought this on a whim after a rough day at work. It smells quite spicy and I wasn’t sure I’d really want to drink it straight. I bought it assuming it would make a lovely Saturday morning latte. However, on principle, I brewed it in just water the first time and drank it with no additives, and I really enjoyed it!

Usually, when I have a really spicy-smelling tea like this one, I find that the spice overpowers the tea, and it ends up tasting weak and like spicy water. This tea, on the other hand, was almost just perfect! It was full-bodied with the tiniest hint of sweetness, which I’m assuming is coming from the orange peels, and balanced by the spiciness of the cloves and ginger. The aftertaste is just a light spicy on the back of my tongue. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this tea.

Omnomnomnom. This tea honestly isn’t that great if steeped in just water; I think it tastes weak. But! If steeped in half milk, half water with a bit of brown sugar and a cinnamon stick, it’s so incredibly delicious. It’s my goto make-any-day-better drink :)
