I’m trying really hard (maybe too hard)to figure out what it is I’m tasting in this tea this time. Malt? Yeast? Barley? I’m not really getting Irish cream, although I’m not certain what I’d expect Irish cream to taste like translated into tea without that overwhelming heaviness from the cream and sugar found in the liquor. I’m still getting the cheesecakeish after taste I got in a previous cup. I’m liking it better this time. This tea is slowly growing on me.
