Oooooooo, I kinda like this one! It has this nice savory flavor to it in a way where I’d expect it to be a little salty. I get a deep toasted rice flavor on the sip that pairs well with the bright grassy notes that take over the aftertaste. It is super smooth without any bitterness. This was a sample in a tea bag and I wonder if/how a cup would differ in loose leaf since there seems to be a mix of things in there that may separate in a tin. Either way, I could see keeping a tin of this on hand!
