3 Tasting Notes
This is my favorite tea I’ve tried so far! It’s really pretty in the bag, little strips of blue flower stand out really well against the dark colored tea. It smells like Fruit Loops! The pecan flavor comes through really nicely without being overwhelming. I’ll definitely be getting more of this one!
Flavors: Bergamot, Citrusy, Earl Grey, Floral, Fruity, Orange Zest, Pecan
My first good quality oolong! The leaves are a pretty dark reddish brown color. It steeped into a dark gold liquid, which was very good! Earthy, but still somehow light at the same time. Definitely going in my “I like this” section of the cabinet!
Flavors: Dry Grass, Earthy, Grass, Green
Ooh. Y’all. I’m probably going to come back to this in a year and think I was an uncultured swine, but this smells like something… isn’t right. It tastes okay, I can taste the rice flavors but I think it’s the rice that makes the smell. Now that I’m drinking it I actually kind of like the taste? It’s sort of nutty and a really beautiful light green color. I’m going to set a reminder to come back and try this one again in like 3-4 weeks.
Flavors: Nutty, Smooth, Toasted Rice
