Ok first I’m not a fan of pu’erh the muddy and fishy taste is really not my thing so i decided to do a 5 seconds wash before steeping it for 4 minutes.
I think it really helped with the fish after taste.
It’s actually a tea I could have like because the mint and cinnamin was really well balanced but there was a strange after taste and it was all i could remember after each sip so I after reading the the tea description it hit me. The licorice ! Nooooo that same annoying after taste as the disgusting (in my opinion) Bravissimo (but really less… Intense).
Again thr licorice killed it for me i will niw have to accept that licorice in tea is something i will never like. Oh well.
But really not a bad pu’erh but also doesn’t taste like a typical pu’erh ( but hey I’m not a pu’erh specialist so correct me if I’m wrong.)

Oh and i decided to add a dash of milk at the end and i think it brimg out the creaminess a little.

Preparation
Boiling 4 min, 0 sec

I usually like citrus and earl grey but i’m really not a fan of this tea i steeped it for 2.50 minutes at 94. Degrees water and it was really bitter. The taste was really strong. To be honest the taste reminded me of citrus shower gel….i don’t know if i did something wrong because everyone seems to like this tea and the light taste of the tea (really not the cup i got tonight :S)

I finally decided to get a full bag of this tea! Thank god!!!

I was really surprise to like the little sample I got a while back but was always forgetting about this one when I was ordering tea. Now I don’t know what I would do without it… It’s now my comfort tea. Every time I need a tea to relax but without feeling to sleepy I reach for this one and I’m never disapointed.

I love the coconut in this tea it’s giving it a lot of creaminess which i really enjoy and the lavender mix really well with kind of balancing it and adding to the relaxing feeling.

The rooibos doesn’t taste too strong (I know I said it a couple of time but I’m really not a fan of red rooibos) and the fact that there’s a lot of anti-oxydant in it make me feel good about drinking this tea ;)

And as always I forgot my tea strainer in it for almost 15 minutes and it’s still tasting amazing!

I’ve tried Rooibos and a couple flavored, and I’m not crazy about Rooibos. I can drink it, it’s not horrible, but it’s not something I’d drink much of either-maybe an occasional cup.

Wow I really like this tea, I think I’ll be drinking this tea more (I usually drink Snow Bunny as my night time tea but… black tea isn’t the best before bed).

I decide to get this tea reading all the good review but I usually don’t like red rooibos I was really surprise to like it I think it is also because this one doesn’t have the weird after taste most red rooibos have.

The color is a beautiful and rich amber and the taste is really nice. Not to sweet and perfect without adding any sweetener to it!
I don’t know why but i was thinking this tea would be more spicy but I think the flavors mix well together.

And like everyone else said, it smell like Amaretto but I don’t think it taste amaretto that much I don’t really taste the almond flavor.. Maybe it’s just me, maybe the next cup will be different.

Hi,

I’m a tea lover but (I have to admit) also a beginner.

I was drinking tea since a really long time and always been a tea and herbal tea kind of girl but I started to really LOVE tea when I started buying loose leaf kind of tea. God it is good!!!

Since then I’m a tea addict and I can’t be alone with my credit card and a tea website for too long. I’m so happy every time a new order arrive at my home, it’s like christmas for me. I open the package really slowly, smelll and look at every new tea I have and … have to choose wich tea I’ll try first ;).

Also, As you can probably see, english is not my first language ( i’m french canadian). So I’ll do my best to write tea reviews but it will probably not be as descriptive as I would like them to be :(.

Like a said, tea is a new obsession for me so I’m always open to suggestions on new tea to try or also how you like to drink it. I’m not use to adding ingredient to my tea so I can’t wait to know your ’’recipes’’. :D
