10 Tasting Notes
Wonderful.
Still not crazy about most greens. The taste that really stuck out to me was: Breaded fried shrimp. All but one of the green teas I’ve tried tasted like a weak veal or seafood stock. Not that It’s a bad thing, just not what I expected.
Very nice broken Assam. Very complex, but the Mokalbari is still my favorite black of this type.

This is not the usual lemony Ceylon. The description is correct. Very nice.
Wow. A China black unlike any of the Keemuns or Yunnans. When I smell this it reminds me of fresh oatmeal cookies. Incredible.
This is the best broken leaf Assam I have had so far. Mid priced at about $12 for a 1/4 lb. I usually drink 2 to 3 cups a day. If you like a malty- honey Assam with a lot of complexity, this could be your favorite.
Fairly light for a full leaf Assam. I am trying it with a splash of milk. Nice malty flavor.
The best Ceylon I have had yet. If I didn’t know better, I would have guessed it was a full leaf Assam. Very smooth.
