1 Tasting Note

So this was my first with Gong fu brewing. The tea was very light and I didn’t get any of those sweet notes people talk about. I got a bit for dryness at the end of the sip. And it does get thicker as you brew it. I was really looking for something nice and sweet and malty

Silver needle generally aren’t malty at all, that’s more Chinese red/black tea territory
