I love this spice blend, particularly the cardamom & pepper balance. Next time I think a little less sugar but whole milk instead of 2% is in order.

Shou Mei is an above average white tea with a bit of a nutty flavor. But, a pleasant afternoon tea. I may try a hotter, shorter steep next time.
Made a little warmer than usual with a half teaspoon of Amber Agave Nectar, it is a pleasant little afternoon “pick me up”. The dark Agavae had too much of a caramel taste but the Amber is perfect.
This is a very nice tea. Not yet a favorite, but a pleasantly sweet subtle flavor that persists in the mouth but is not even slightly acrid. It makes a great pot to relax with at the end of the work day.

My favorite caffeine-free herbal blend. Just spicy enough.
I love this tea made strong, so the second steep is longer. This is my ‘wake-up’ tea on those cool mornings. Very smooth roast.
Silver Needle is my perfect early morning tea. The Osmanthus flower is not too sweet. But, as descriptions go, I don’t get the process similarity to jasmine.
I love this as a sort of dessert / after dinner tea. It’s even good chilled.
This is my favorite all-day tea. Hot in the morning, cold in the afternoon, warm again at night.
