50 Tasting Notes
I’m actually really surprised by how much I like this one. There’s just enough ginger in it to give it that bit of a bite and the orange in it is just sweet enough to balance it out nicely. It did remind of Tang but I don’t find it sickly sweet like Tang. I hope to find a way to get more of this one, need to have some on hand in my cupboard.
Getting close to bedtime.
Finishing off my Creamsicle,… Is summer really over?
Waking up with the Mad Hatter, taking the chill out of the air.
By far the best oolong I’ve had in years, need to order some more – soon. Put a bit in my travel mug and I’m able to just keep resteeping it all day. Love it!
Preparing my mind for rest, it’s been a long day.
My love for this tea (and rating) goes up every time I have some. Supply is getting low, making me sad, not going to panic…. really, really not going to panic…. maybe I can stretch it out a bit more……….. staring at TeaFrog … I don’t have any genmai but I do have some cha, can I make my own? Maybe tencha and minute-rice…. not going to panic……..
Drinking Black Satin because the air is that chilly tonight 0_o
This is absolutely just what I needed tonight. It’s dreamy.
Iced :)
There’s smoke from a forest fire filling the air this morning. Everyone and everything smells like lapsang – including my tea :-( Someone clear the air so Paris can, once again, smell like Paris.
Gets better every time I have some :)
Smoooothness =) Was craving a snack but couldn’t work out what I felt like having, so I went for tea instead. This tea is absolutely inabadmoodcravingjunk kind of satisfying ;-) Beautifully buttery and fresh with a perfect balance of grassiness and sweetness.
Love the lemon myrtle in this blend. Having some hot now, chilling the rest of the brew for a refreshing iced tea later.
I love cinnamon but this was a bad choice for a summer evening – I’m so spiced up that I’m sweating! Should have saved this for a chilly night.
Running low on this one… Fantastic wake up tea – with a little mint and some stevia.
Just got this tea today and I was worried that I might be disappointed by it. The description just sounded too delicious to be true.
I’m so far removed from being disappointed that I’m almost at a loss for words. It smells like a Creamsicle, minus the sticky sweet part. This blend is a thing of beauty. The flavors are so well balanced that it’s hard to separate any one of them. I tried to analyze it (because that’s what I do) but it had me so relaxed, so quickly, that I lost the urge.
Sitting here now, all mellowed out, thinking of all the people I’d love to share this one with. Everyone needs to try this one.
This has become part of my nightly ritual – started to run out already 0_0
