1908 Tasting Notes

These guys get major points for using real mint leaves and cocoa nibs instead of taking the easy way out and just using the mysterious (and probably artificial) ‘flavouring’. It smells amazing, both the dry tea and while it was steeping, and it makes a delicious, flavourful cup.

Fresh and minty, though I wish the green tea were a bit prominent.

Smooth-tasting and quite floral.

Drank this when I was on the road earlier today. The water at the gas station was too hot but the tea didn’t turn overly bitter and the added citrus was nice and refreshing.

Bio

I’m a university student in her twenties who’s currently working her way toward a Bachelor of Natural Resource Science degree. I love both science and science-fiction and I’m a history nut on top of that. Maybe I should just call myself a nerd and leave it there. ;)

I’ve been drinking tea since I was young but it’s only in the past couple years that I’ve become interested in the good-quality stuff.
