This is one of my favourite oolongs. It tastes lighter than other oolongs I have tried (Which I like!). The liqour is a nice golden brown colour, and isn’t too dark.

The flavour consists of a light, sweet taste followed by a bold nutty flavour. It is perfect for a mid-afternoon drink, or even as a morning starter.

Not a fan of Amaretto or cherries at all but I tried this tea anyway. I didn’t enjoy the flavour at all, but I can see how others may enjoy it.

This teas was surprisingly complex and full of flavours that I could not quite fully describe. I really enjoyed it, although it wasn’t my favourite white tea.

It is very light in flavour and good with a bit of honey on a nice spring afternoon.

Enjoy :)

drank Korean Sejak by DAVIDsTEA

I picked this tea up a few weeks ago out of curiosity. I have never tried any Korean teas and thought this might be a worthwhile adventure.

The first time I tried it I wasn’t a huge fan (I steeped it at too high of a temperature), but I tried it again at a lower temperature and it turned out pretty well. This tea is definitely different from most greens.

The tea is generally light. When you sip it you get a nice smooth vegetal taste followed by a slight bitterness that gives the tea some boldness. It has a nice saltiness to it as well, which goes well with any seafood.

Overall great tea. A little bit different and very delicate, but if you’re into try something new I would recommend it.
