89 Tasting Notes
Good color and good flavor, but maybe a little thin, and not as malty as i was expecting. Next time, I’ll try more leaves. Maybe shorten the steep time also.
8g in 350ml. Initially a smoky aroma which went away with the rinse, then it was a sweet grassy aroma. The tea was very light in color, and the flavor slighly sweet. As the tea cooled, more complex flavors appeared, but I couldn’t name them.
Slight green, mostly straw colored with a nutty aroma and taste. Very nice.
I just can’t rate this as highly as I was hoping, based upon other reviews. The favor is there, its a great tea, but It just doesn’t seem as good as some others.
Very light colored tea, surprisingly strong flavor. Vegetal in aroma and taste. More grassy than earthy.
A little disapointing. Flavor was mild. Slightly sweet. Didn’t detect the vanilla notes. As the tea cooled, more flavor became apparent, but still very mild.
Wonderful aroma. Buttery, or maybe milky. Similar taste. Good body.
Very floral aroma, but less floral, more mild taste. Hint of butter.
A little harsher then other green teas. Slightly bitter, and very dry.
Added a little milk, but that cut back on some of the spice flavor. Notable taste of cloves.
