When I first opened the foil package containing this tea, I was hit in the face by a strong aroma of peach. It smelled like fuzzy peach candies. I just smelled the dry tea for a minute or too. Smelled super delicious.
This tea bloomed beautifully. I would definitely say the tea balls are handcrafted extremely well. It brewed a light yellow, clear liquor that smelled of sweet peaches. Again it was a little candy smelling.
The taste of the tea is delicious as well. It is not overly sweet, just a delicate peach taste. The white tea definitely balances well with the fruity peach.
When it is hot, it tastes more white tea, and as it cools it is more peach.
I really like flowering teas, mostly for the art. But this tea is delicious as well as beautiful.
