I had this one as cold shaken in water this morning again. I added a bit of sugar this time to see if it made any difference. It didn’t really need any sugar as it was sweet plain, but i thought I would see if it changed the flavour profile at all. Yesterday I found there was a caramel type flavour to this matcha, and when I added the sugar, it brought out more of that caramel taste. It still had the watermelon candy taste but was blunted by the caramel. Made it the a bit creamier. It is good either way, but I think I prefer it without the sweetener.
