This dry tea smells creamy, sweet and spicey at the same time.
The initial taste of the hot tea is a gently sweet green oolong with a slight spice to it. Like a vegetal spice, think chewing on the leaves of raspberries or radishes. The oolong tastes smooth, creamy and vegetal. It is very light, not too strong. As it starts too cool the sweetness and spicy-ness blend very well together. I would not necessarily say I taste strawberry, but there is that sweetness there that slightly mimics a ripe strawberry. I kept the infusion to my usual 2 minutes so it didn’t get too strong, but I am going to try a bit longer next time. I normally don’t like the taste of plain green oolongs but I could definitely drink this one over and over.
This one resteeps well if I remember correctly
