My samples arrived pretty quickly. At about the same time as my DVD from Texas, actually. The leaves have that pretty gold hue. There is lovely yam scent, with a bit of sweetness. It has a mostly sweet potato flavour, with hints of honey. I need to try more later to see how well it goes with historical Chinese movies. Because science?

I love the yam/sweet potato notes in black teas. I think it was the Bilbo Brew I first had it…so lovely.
