I’m not sure what a sugar plum. Don’t remember if I’ve ever had one.

This tea has a nice aroma of fruit and spices. The flavour is sweet and fruity, but needs a little more spice. Otherwise, pretty good.

This is from my very first Della Terra order. I’d wanted more Lemon Chiffon, but they were out. So I got this instead.

The aroma is wonderful dry, and still really nice brewed. I like lime, but I’m picky lime flavoured anything. This is like drinking a key lime pie. I really liked the creamy lime flavour.

Since it is now the Spring Equinox… I’m not having Autumn tea.

I really like the maple aroma of this. The flavour reminds me of these maple brown sugar candies. Now I wonder how it is with vanilla.

Stargate sipdown! This smells really nice and minty. The flavour reminds me of those mint chocolates that come out in Winter time, but not as strong.

This is my pre-class sipdown. I do really like the smell of bergamot. The flavour is really good. I very much enjoy the creaminess of this tea.

Since it nearly Spring… I am having Autumn tea.

This has a nice scent. The flavour is good. It’s nice and Autumn, but needs a little more spices. Good with yams.

This is the first Adagio blend I made.

It has a nice scent of apple and blueberry. The vanilla isn’t very strong, but there is a slightly sweet, fruity flavour.

I really like caramel teas. This one smells delicious. The flavour is sweet and creamy. Good with almond milk

Is this Malibu Rum? It does smells like buttered rum, and coconut. Has a nice buttery flavour, and very good with coconut.

This is one of those teas that would good on snowy days. After snow boarding or skiing. So I’m off for another cup, and to find skis.

Holy bregamot! That smells really good. It has a great citrus flavour. I don’t taste the cacao, but still smooth and delicious.

Stargate sipdown! Of… my own blend.

It smells nicely citrus like. The flavour is fruity and creamy.

This smells a lot like rum. I like nutty flavour, but it needs more almond.

This smells delicious dry. Not really caramel though. The flavour is toffee like, without being overly sweet. Will have to try this as a cold brew.

It smells nicely like almonds dry, I get more of cookie scent brewed.

The flavour is nice, and sweet. Almondy, without tasting like marzipan.

I think I understeeped this. Anyway, it smells nicely like fresh apples. And the flavour is like natural apple cider. Good with cinnamon.

This is my Stargate sipdown tea. The maple and pecan has a very nice aroma. Kinda like breakfast pastries.

I really like the flavour of oolong. It’s great with the pecan, and a little sweet as maple. Thanks to Emily M for sending me this! :)

I wanted to try this with oatmeal cookies, but I didn’t have any. So I had it with date oatmeal, and an episode of Stargate SG-1.

It smells very nice, like the cookies. And the cookie flavour is really good. Could use a little more cinnamon (I really like it), otherwise delicious.

Mmmm… blueberries. This tea smells delicious. And it tastes great. I’ve made Danish with this flavour. Now I crave pastries.

This tea smells really like marshmallows. And caramel, but the marshmallow is more prominent. It tastes like dessert in a mug.
