If you loved SpecialTeas Lemon Chiffon, then this might be a great replacement. I did love it and I miss it. The primary difference between the two is that this one features green rooibos instead of red, which might please some folks. It is creamy lemon deliciousness. Period. I can find nothing not to love about it nor anything needed to perfect it. Although sometimes I mix things up and have it with a splash of vanilla creamer. Heaven.

This tea has a nice strong tea base and a very tasty citrus presence. It is perhaps because of the rich tea base and full flavor profile of the zesty orange that the cacao is much more of an afterthought. It does show up more in the finish/aftertaste. However, in order for me to fall in love with it then it would need a stronger cacao/chocolate presence. Still an enjoyable cuppa though.

I have long added a pinch of blueberry tea to my Earl Grey Creme so I was excited to check this one out. I love the twist of the blueberry with the Earl Grey. The black tea base was nice and rich. My issue with it is that the bergamot is a little stronger than I prefer. Still tasty and worth consideration.

I really like this one. The aroma from the dry blend is VERY SWEET. However, the prepared cup is quite nice. The name of blend says it all. Think candied almonds or syrupy ones like you might find on a sticky bun. Good plain, with milk, and with or without a touch of sugar. I found it to be rich, sweet and satisfying. A great dessert tea to curb a sweet carb craving.

This features a mild black tea with a nice chocolaty flavor and a nutty backdrop. The nutty does standout overtly as hazelnut in my opinion and I am a bit of hazelnut addict. There is also a fair amount of rose in this and it is really the third primary flavor in the blend—-and one I could have lived without. It is still tasty though. It appears you cannot buy this one in loose form though.

Kind of a standard issue vanilla rooibos. Tasty, but I do prefer a tad bit more vanilla in mine. Want it to get in my face a little more.

Think more buttery apple tea. Not much brandy to speak of. Overall, tasty. However, the AWOL brandy is a little disappointing.

My standards for milk oolong may be a bit high. This is a natural milk oolong (JIN Xuan) but I still wanted a bit more creaminess from it. I personally would spend my oolong dollars on a different milk oolong or SerendipiTea’s Forever Spring.

As far as peach teas go, this one is darn good. Flavor profile is full and straddles the line between peach candy and natural peaches. Very nectary.

The flavor profile was a little strong on this one. It primarily tastes like banana with a coconut backdrop. The tea base was a bit heavy. Something was a little off here for me, but I think this is a good one for experimentation with a splash of coconut milk or infusing in a couple ounces of coconut water.

I have found that most grape flavored teas taste more like green grapes than red/purple ones. However, this one tastes purple grapes too me. The white tea is a little grassy and I felt that added authenticity to the flavor profile. Nicely done.

The Pu-erh used in this one is rather mild so don’t let it scare you off. It primarily tastes of spice of lemons. I found it to be an enjoyable cup. Problem is that I don’t know how tea you get in small cannister.

Quality leaf with huge pieces of fruit. Nicely balanced and I am a sucker for the fig backdrop. Unique, tasty and I just love fig tea!

This is rather spicy chai with a green tea base. I much prefer my chai with a strong black tea base. However, this is one of the better green rea options. This is quite spicy with cinnamon and ginger leading the way. The green tea base is still rather thin. If you are spice adverse, then avoid this one. If you like em spicy, then give this one a shot.

This is a bagged tea offering. Internal expection of the tea bag shows no pieces of hibiscus, cranberry or orange peel. There is also a medicinal taste to this one that stayed with me throughout the cup. I feel that cranberry and blood orange are rather dominant flavors and expect them to get in my face. This mostly tasted like rooibos with cranberry and a citrusy finish. I wanted some tart. Not for me.

This is definitely a quality tea. It is very smooth and mellow. Refined really. It consistent notes of wood, tobacco and honey. It also gave off notes of dark chocolate at hotter temps and was a bit starchy as it cooled. There was a mellow spice on the finish. I love a good Yunnan. This one is pricey but worth it if you like a good Golden Needle.

Definitely one of the better Moroccan Mint blends on the market. The peppermint tastes fresh and the gunpowder is of a higher quality than most. I didn’t find the peppermint to be overwhelmingly strong and syrupy. I could actually taste the green tea base. Thumbs up!

Have you ever had one of those Pillsbury Rolls with the Orange Glaze? The ones you buy in the refrigerator section, bake, and then add the orange glaze… This is one of those liquified. I shall be hogging the rest of this sample for myself. Most def YUM. I might have to get some of this.

I just made my last pot of this tea and I am kinda freaking out because I can’t find this on her website right now! This is one of my staples because it is delish. Nice amount of caramel, some tasty apple and rooibos…what more can a girl want with pretty much zero calories?

This is a pretty tasty offering. It has a nice, rich black tea that pairs nicely with the flavor profile. It is rich with little bitterness or astringency. The flavor profile kind of strattles the line between actually tasting like toffee vs caramel. I love toffee so if this had a rich definitely toffee flavor, it would be a 100! That said, I will still consider giving this a rotation in my tea cabinet esp if I placed an order with Element Teas.

I received this sample as part of a FB Contest so I feel a bit remiss in not bragging it up a bit. I do see where the others found this slightly medicinal taste to the cup. The berry when paired with the rooibos base gives off this note that is akin to cherry Nyquil. Further, the vanilla was not quite as prominent in the flavor profile as I would have liked. I was able to remedy both of these issues by stirring in a splash of french vanilla creamer. This largely squelched the medicinal notes and added that vanilla component that I was hoping for. Art of Tea has several other blends that I enjoy and I don’t see myself becoming compelled to order this one again. (Cinnamon Fig, Carmelized Pear, Classic Black to name a few).

I love, love, love nutty teas and this one is indeed nutty tasting with a somewhat dry black tea base. That dryness kind of adds authenticity to the nuttiness. I found that a little sweetener brings out some caramel nuances that I really enjoyed. I think this one would be fun to play with by adding some steamed milk, maple syrup, and so on.
