I am revisiting this one today, this time sans the milk. I find that without the addition of milk (I did add a little bit of turbinado sugar as I typically do sweeten my chai) this has much more of the “red hot cinnamon” that I expected with my first cup but did not find. I’m liking it much more this way, before, it was a delicious chai latte but I think that the milk did mute the cinnamon.
This time I feel better about rating it.
