drank Matcha Lychee by Teaopia

I haven’t had matcha since I fractured my hand, because I knew it would be painful to whisk. I think that for the most part that I’m healed, but there is still a little bit of pain in my wrist, which was evident to me when I whisked, but it didn’t hurt so much that I had to stop – a good thing.

I really like this matcha. The lychee fruit flavor tastes sweet and juicy, and is very pleasant with the sweet, vegetative flavor of the matcha. It’s almost too sweet, but not quite. Yummy! Would make a really nice alternative to dessert!

But it has been a long time since I’ve made matcha because this is quite a bit thinner than I usually make it… still good, but, next time I need to remember to add another scoop.

It feels good to hold my matcha bowl again!

I am obsessed with tea!

I am a co-founder of the SororiTEA Sisters:

I no longer write for the SororiTea Sisters but I am still the admin for the blog.

The reason I’m no longer writing for SororiTea Sisters is because I am now the Mad Tea Artist for 52Teas:

http://52teas.com

I’ll still be posting occasional reviews on teas here on Steepster, mostly backlogged reviews because I’m way behind on getting reviews posted. That’s why I’m keeping two accounts active at the current time – so that I can get those backlogged reviews posted.

My favorite teas are Yellow Teas with most Oolong teas at a close second. As far as “flavored” teas go, I love Earl Grey, Chocolate and Jasmine teas.

I also am intrigued by flavored teas with an unusual or unique flavor combination, which is why I was very excited to be the Mad Tea Artist of 52Teas!
