Echinacea from Higgins & Burke
53

I decided to try this as I have a cold coming on. I’m not a big fan of strong, bitter herbal teas, so I really enjoyed it. In terms of flavour and aroma; not much to it. I’m not sure how much echinacea you really get from it either. But with some honey in one of my favorite mugs, it was very comforting.

Thanks. Had a cold for about a week, but felt alright overall. Maybe it was the Echinacea tea that helped!! Had a very hoarse husky voice for a few days.

My first tea encounter was from my Polish grandmother; she used to make me chamommile tea when I wasn’t feeling well. She also used to rinse her hair with chamommile infused water. To this day it is still the most comforting tea for me.

I am just starting to get into loose leaf teas. I’m not a fan of green or matcha or anything like that. I like robust blacks, tasty herbals and flavoured rooibos teas. I also appreciate a good tea latte.

I live in Alberta, work full time, have three kids, a hound dog, love nail art, enjoy day trips, exploring, sunny fall days, long walks on the beach, candlelit dinners….wait a sec…wrong website!
