Another cup of this, glad I ordered plenty.

Not the tea I’d want all the time without variety, but supplies the mile taste of chocolate without me needing to eat any :)

I’m not a fan of mango tea in general, but this was a free sample in an order. I found it pretty good considering what it was and that it’s not a personal preference. A tiny touch of waxy flavor that’s always present, but it’s overall pleasing and uplifting. The tea bag delivered a strong taste.

I’m not a Darjeeling fan, but I was surprised how pleasant this one was. Calming and in the background but it easily stands to be noticed with each sip as well.

I’m glad I ordered a full tin of this. I’m a black tea fan but I’m picky on breakfast and afternoon blends. This one isn’t labeled as such really, but it works perfectly as either of those. It’s a pleasant, appealing, aromatic black tea that will work well as a staple in my tea cupboard. I haven’t tried adding any cream or milk to it, but a small drop of sugar adds a nice enhancement.

This tea is a black basic tea. Nothing special about it but nothing awful. I can tell it will tend to get too strong or bitter if you oversteep or overfill. I managed not to do that. Not a bad tea at all for those who want a strong, basic black, but there are no special frills. I will drink the rest of the sample I ordered, but I don’t see myself ordering a full bag.

Unusual tea. When drank fresh and very hot, it’s almost a hot tea with a slight cheerios flavor. When it’s cooling, at first i thought it was growing bitter, but was actually the malt and honey coming out. Not bad at all but not a favorite from the company. The taste is certainly not boring or average, it is smooth and in no way artificial, but I’m not crazy about the maltiness that comes through when it starts cooling.

A strong, smooth black tea that has tastes all over the place, but they arent overwhelming. Definitely sense the honey in there, although not just the sweet part of honey if this makes sense. It’s almost bitter but doesn’t quite meet that point and is easy to down. The tea is balanced, bold, not in any way artificial, soothing yet stimulating. Not my favorite from Harney but worth a sip.

At first a small bitter taste but that disappeared after a few sips, strange. Definitely feel the awakening feeling almost right away, very pleasant! For the taste, it’s smooth, good, and earthy, each sip brings a different subtle flavor. As its cooling the bitterness starts coming back and with more strength, though. Will have to try the next sample with different steep time.

I have a drink obsession in general – daily lattes and coffees, and of course teas of many varieties. I mainly drink hot tea in Florida, but still enjoy the occasional southern sweet iced.

My preference is black tea, although I’m open to trial and error with others. I like the old fashioned English style tea cups, tea parties, food pair-ups, mini desserts and pies, cubes of sugar, small collection of Rose Red tea pets, you get the idea. I will always have an old fashioned tea kettle on the stove, but have recently purchased an electric tea kettle that I absolutely adore. I’m lazy by nature, so I have switched to stuffing tea bags for the loose teas to save on clean-up and disposal with other strainers.

I love smokey teas, non-bitter, not overly astringent, strong tea background mixed with flavored teas, no artificial sweetener tastes, balanced florals IF there must be a floral. I used to love spice, but it has to be done right. A former chai fan – now it reminds me of colored pencils. Cinnamon sounds good but so many teas have it artificial or odd tasting. Same goes for chocolate, some things have to be done just right to work.

Most missed tea place and tea: Plum Brandy Cheesecake by Butiki

Very picky with anything Roobios, and Darjeeling/Oolong are hit or miss depending on the blend and my taste buds. Mint works in a mood but I’m not a big fan. Gravitate toward good name blends and fall themes when doing yet more sampler orders.

I like adding a cube of sugar to almost all teas, not usually milks. I don’t like stevia or any artificial sweetener taste. I adore honey, but to me it doesn’t suit tea unless I have a sore throat as both the tea and the honey change their flavor profile quite a bit if I mix them.
