A thick translucent golden-green appearance. It’s tannins are mild and juxtaposed with a full body. Unobtrusive, but satiating. It’s a perfect daily drinker that won’t let you wanting. True and functional.
Mild but anchoring tannins, fresh alfalfa nose with a sweet finish. Activates most of the front 2/3 of the tongue without overwhelming the palate. Subtle tawny in color. A nice tea to finish the day with.
