I got this as a sample from the original blender TeaEqualsBliss (thanks!) and I iced it sugar-free after a 5 minute steep. I have one word for this blend. Delicious! All the flavors blend together so wonderfully that you can taste them all but can’t necessarily pick the individual flavors out. I keep sipping it to see if there is more apricot or orange or vanilla, but really they are equally present and delicious in this blend! I saved just enough for a hot cup and now I wish I’d saved more because I bet this one is delicious with some vanilla soy milk. I’ll brew that tonight and let you all know. If it holds up hot AND iced I just might have to buy some! YUM! :)

I just wanted to update my tasting and say that the other reviewers were right… this tea is much better iced! The banana flavor comes through much better and the cinnamon falls away. Much smoother and doesn’t have that gritty cinnamon aftertaste like it had hot. Which is nice because I like iced tea when it’s so warm out, but disappointing because nothing beats a great warm cup of tea :-/
I added a bit of vanilla soy milk with this tea, as I do with ALL my teas (minus the citrus ones because that tends to curdle them…)
First sip, at hottest- all I taste is cinnamon, no banana or other flavors, just cinnamon.
I let it sit for a bit as I updated my cupboard (which went from 90→105→85 which still isn’t accurate…) I sense a little more than just cinnamon this time, but I can’t really tell what other flavors I’m tasting. It’s definitely not banana yet, but I can taste a hint of something showing through…
Final sips… still all cinnamon, nothing really else shining through. REALLY disappointed as I bought this because I like BANANA tea… I saw that icing it increases the flavors, so I’ll try that next :-/
WOW! Just wow. I love all things banana and this did not fail to impress! It isn’t fake banana tasting and even has huge chunks of bananas in it! It is smooth and sweet and blends perfectly with the rooibos! Mmm Mmm Mmm… Even my non-tea-drinking boyfriend liked his taste! I only wish I had purchased more than 1oz (and now I’m on a “money diet” so I agreed to no more tea buying :( sniff sniff
Note: I add “Slender Soy” Vanilla soy milk to every tea I drink.

After having the AMAZING Cantaloupe tea by Butiki I had high hopes for this tea…. I was unfortunately disappointed. It just wasn’t as sweet and flavorful as I was hoping, especially with how full-bodied and amazing the other sample was. It could have just been a bad brew, though, and I only had a 1-cup sample so I can’t retest it :( To be fair, I DO have a really bad record with green teas… It’s a good assumption that I burned/ over-steeped it, so I won’t blame Butiki! Nor will I give it a rating… I’ll stick to the Cantaloupe in the future… MMMMM…..
One time I made a Cantaloupe smoothie with a fresh cantaloupe half and some coconut milk. This tasted almost exactly the same. One of the best teas I’ve ever tasted. I didn’t need to add any sweetener (tossed in some coconut milk) and it was sweet and perfect and light and delicious. Wish I had more than just a 1 cup sample pouch :(
I. LOVE. THIS. TEA. There is nothing better than maple and blueberry together. It’s the perfect dark sweet mixed with light fruit. One of my favorites.
I don’t think I’ve ever actually tried this on its own, but as an addition to my mango or citrus mate it adds delicious light citrus flavors. (I also mix it with Rooibos Orange in my mate)
I forgot I had a sample of this in my cupboard until yesterday morning and I have to say it MADE MY MORNING. I am not a big fan of SUPER spicy tea, but I think the green in this really cuts away some of the spiciness in this tea and leaves you with just a smooth green taste with an undertone of spice. Lovely.
This is one of my all time favorite teas. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. It is one of those teas that you take a sip and just close your eyes and breathe in the flavor and instantly your day is better. I know that doesn’t help you know how it tastes, but it’s too delicious to put into words. It’s not too spicy like a chai and not too sweet like it’s over sugared… it’s just all around great.
