Jaime drank Chocolate Cheesecake Chai by 52teas

3rd steep: 8 min, boiling water. More robust than the second steep was, but hardly any spice left at all. More chocolatey than first and second steeps (perhaps because the spice isn’t strong?), and the taste of the tea is much more pronounced. It’s still a nice, warm-flavored cup. Don’t think this would survive a fourth steeping, however.

My love of tea started in 2001, whilst in an internship in London, England. I shared an office with a lovely man who would make me a cup of tea every morning without asking me if I even wanted it. I drink my tea neat now, because I’ve yet to find the sugar/milk combination that lives up to Pablo’s.
