Dan drank Formosa Oolong by Harney & Sons

Second time today with this tea. I changed the steep time to 3 min and the water temp to 200. This was a much better cup of tea. The taste was nutty and yummy. After this cup I need to up my rating. I’m still trying to figure out why the tin said boiling water for a 5 min steep. That is way too much for this tea..

I am evolving as a tea drinker. I drank coffee until 2 years ago and my tea drinking was consigned to tea bags. I started drinking tea when I was in Hawaii for 4 months. I drank tea, exercised, ate right and followed the directions of my son who is a body builder. I lost 70 pounds. I am keeping up my good habits which include drinking tea. I am healthier, happier, and look forwards to trying different kinds of teas and seeing all that I have missed during the last 6 decades.
