I’m spending lots of time with this tea. It has a sugar raisin type of smell to it. My first taste this morning gave me a sweetness that coated my tongue. I have tried a 5 minute steep, but a 4 minute one brings out more flavors and complexities. I can understand why this tea rated a second place and I’m no expect on tea by any means. I may drink this tea all day and then lament over having drank it all this evening. Such a warm and comforting tea.
