Dan drank Scottish Breakfast Blend (TB14) by Upton Tea Imports

This is a very nice breakfast tea with the assam and ceylon teas mellowed out by the yunnan. Its brisk and robust with malty notes. I am getting a little bitterness and astringency this morning.

I am evolving as a tea drinker. I drank coffee until 2 years ago and my tea drinking was consigned to tea bags. I started drinking tea when I was in Hawaii for 4 months. I drank tea, exercised, ate right and followed the directions of my son who is a body builder. I lost 70 pounds. I am keeping up my good habits which include drinking tea. I am healthier, happier, and look forwards to trying different kinds of teas and seeing all that I have missed during the last 6 decades.
